This refreshing acai bowl is 100% vegan. It starts with a simple base, and you can expand off of that.

Ingriedients

  • 1 acai packet or powder
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup of almond milk

Toppings

  • banana
  • chocolate chips
  • granola
  • coconut flakes
  • chia seeds
  • blueberries

Blend the acai, almond milk, and banana together in a blender. Add ice if desired. Pour into a bowl. Add toppings on top. Enjoy!
